There are no academic prerequisites. However, you will need to complete a pre training review interview and a Language, Literacy & Numeracy Test (ACSF Level 4 - 5). You will also need:

• Computer and Printer access (either PC or Apple Mac) Intermediate to Advanced Computer Literacy Internet access Email Account Access to the Microsoft Office suite of programs

Assessments may be completed via the Learner Management System as tasks, activities, quizzes and / or uploads. Learners may also need to submit cumulative assessment tasks via email checkpoints and complete virtual role plays / workplace scenarios, projects, simulation questions, case studies, multiple-choice questions and calculations.
